Delivery Times
Stock items are usually delivered within 1-2 days (*subject to availability).
Custom sizes (excluding Sliding rooflight) are 3-4 weeks and subject to workload at the time of ordering.
Sliding and Circular rooflights are 5-6 weeks and subject to workload at the time of ordering.
Please note, we would advise calling for current lead times prior to ordering as lead times can fluctuate depending on workload and supply chain influence. Thank you.
Duplus will endeavour to satisfy the dates stated on our order acknowledgements. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality products which meet our customers exacting standards. However, on occasion our quality inspections may reveal a quality issue which may ultimately delay the delivery of goods beyond the date stated on our order acknowledgement. We undertake to advise you of any delay to the delivery of your order and at all times will endeavour to minimise any such delay.

Standard refers to counties within England except Devon, Cornwall, South and West Wales. Devon, Cornwall, South and West Wales are subject to a surcharge – see below:
